Finally got to talk to the right person at Telkom cellular and they are looking into it.

What I want to know is how the hell can it happen without my knowledge or permission.

This has possibly cost me thousands in lost revenue + I have the computer guy to pay + lost SEO as mentioned above + no emails of approx 2 weeks which could of had many customer inquiries.

Telkom say they will ring me back tonight!!

Thanks for the input I will keep you posted

    Keep us posted.

Also, I think they would have had access to your incoming emails as they have the domain.

For example I own the replacebase.co.uk domain and if I send an email to anything @replacebase.co.uk it gets forward to my registered email address.

I could send an email now to flkdjfdskljiri@replacebase.co.uk and it would get to me so I expect that whoever has your domain has been receiving your incoming mail.

Emails now coming through but not sure if the site is visible using www.jtsinteriors.com if anyone has time to take a quick look.
Seems reading between the lines that its a matter of non payment for the renewal but I had no emails or any contact regarding this and yet they decided to cut me off.

Would of been pretty easy to contact me via the website or is that asking too much. Going too have some serious conversations with them next week.

Thanks for the replies and private messages that came through.

Have recently tried for exemption from Google for unique product identifiers and they say they have reviewed the account and there are no items or active data feeds uploaded onto my account.

Is this tied to the lack of presence re the above or is there something else I should be doing?
