    It is on your paypal account, first page when you sign in hopefully! Says about mange security settings. I think there are different versions of homepage, so see if you can find it from there.

    Thanks Alison....will take another look. I found the security settings earlier but didnt see the bit about forcing them to enable 3D - will take another look. If i am still struggling i will give paypal a ring tomorrow.

    Have been giving this some more thought and come to conclusion that i am going to continue taking money from Europe but I am going to be a lot more vigilant and slightest doubt will refund - in current climate I am working all hours to keep head above water and these kinds of losses are peeing me off. A few years ago i just saw the odd credit card fraud as part of being in business but at moment when i am working past midnight quite often it is really beginning to pee me off. Might be feeling like this as i have had a spate of them but whatever it has got to me. Need hugs, haha.

    Transpires that the paypal pro flow box was unticked in payment processing and it had been allowing card payments through without forcing them through 3D secure despite it being checked in paypal manager. This occured when their was updates a few months ago to the paypal pro processing within EKM and explains why i have seen a sudden increase in fraud over last few months. Several hours spent on phone with paypal technical support today got to bottom of it. So if you are a paypal pro user do make sure that box is ticked in your ekm payment processing!
